Beautiful private and peaceful lakefront horse property with an airstrip. It is a 3800 square foot log home built by Sitka in 1999. There are 2 log cabins and a new log shower house. There is a suite in the downstairs of the house with a private entrance. After a wonderful horseback ride,take off your boots,have a glass of wine over the open fire and listen to the magical call of the loons on a private lake and watch the incredible moonrises and sunsets. Agricultural pilots are critical to the production of crops (food, fiber & bio-fuel) - from fertilizing fields in the early spring to fighting disease and eliminating pests that can destroy crops. Aerial applicators are an efficient and productive way to maximize yields while minimizing the impact of driving through fields and crops with a ground application. Hearing the planes begin to fertilize the crops that were seeded in the fall is a welcoming of spring and a sign that field work is ready to begin after a cold winter!

It's an art and almost mesmerizing to watch the low altitude maneuvers. Whether you can see them or not, you can usually hear that familiar sound, somewhere in the distance from dawn to dusk throughout the spring and into early summer.
