      Landslide Lyrics:

(I’m not going to let another river run dry.
No, I'm Not going to let another river run dry.)
I'm not going to stand by. I'll not keep my hands tied.
I'll not be kept quiet, silently watching the land slide.
(I’m not going to let another river run dry.
No, I'm Not going to let another river run dry.)

      Vs 1
They got near and we saw clear they were lost. Peering through fog.
Steering through our clear water now polluted. Their pollution with our tears.
But it's Our future. Our ears that need to hear God's call.
Fear is not an option. Not a problem. We've been made strong by these hard years.
We're like last the last of the wild game. We're going extinct.
Tracking alone in the swamp. Feel like a lone lynx.
We're disappearing on the flats like the snow geese.
They used to come by the cloud. We needed no decoys.
They'd glide in steady. The boys were living good.
But now the blinds are empty. The boys are in the hood.
They're not learning the lessons learned growing up in the bush.
And when I mention the trees they think I mean rolling kush.
I paddle rolling brooks. Up here they call them creeks.
Out trees are stolen. Look. They're damming all the streams.
They're cutting all the forest that my people used to forage.
The amount of poison pouring in the cycle is enormous.

      Chorus
I'm not going to stand by. I'll not keep my hands tied.
I'll not be kept quiet, silently watching the land slide.
(I’m not going to let another river run dry.
No, I'm Not going to let another river run dry.)
I'm not going to stand by. I'll not keep my hands tied.
I'll not be kept quiet, silently watching the land slide.
(I’m not going to let another river run dry.
No, I'm Not going to let another river run dry.)

      Vs2
I was fighting the war long before Idle No More
was all over the media like lies and violence and gore.
But they keep drilling for oil and they keep striking for ore.
This gold and diamond is more important to these vikings that hoard.
Life's about more than just profit. Were they all born with no conscience?
Or were they transformed into monsters? Deformed by their progress?
The land's being torn wide apart. We line their stores and we talk about
violence over seas. Coughing. While absorbing this toxic food, air and
fluoride filled water. Living on these corporate products. I fight to
fortify culture. Fight for the forests they slaughter. Living on this
land that was robbed and ravaged then savagely chopped up. But the
roots never died. They're just trapped under crops, stuck.
And they're crop dusting all of us with misinformation.
I swear they're thought hustling all of us with miss education.
The truth is missing. There's vacant places in history. Praying for change
and it's coming. Chains will break and raw wrists will be raising.

      Vs3
We could clear the dead wood from the forests to feed our fires.
Instead they flood them, “Damning” rivers, sending “currents” down the wires.
Light the cities. Electricity “flowing” to feed desires.
As the waste builds up daily I can smell the burning tires.
Easier but sleazier. Got more than enough to feed the needy.
Too bad they’re too busy scheming. Finding ways to please the greedy.
Seems to me that it’s like more money for them more problems for us.
I don’t celebrate Columbus Day. He was a lost tourist.
They tried to bring us to our knees like these chopped forests.
But our roots are still alive and never stopped growing.
Spreading through the underground just waiting for the uprising.
Peace signs firing. Pointed directly at corrupt tyrants.
Oil giants, mineral mines and criminal mids leave innocents blinded.
Subliminal silence speaks so loud drowns out these women and crying children.
Our mother is dying. They’re robbing her womb for what is inside.
Prying open each bone they’ve broken like treaties. What was written was lies.
