Description

This is an old airstrip and is believed to be CLOSED! That said, it may be a good emergency airstrip.

Currently (2013) usable by any high performance STOL/back country aircraft with large tires (rocks, sticks, beer bottles, etc). Strip is privately owned. Use at your own risk.

2013-07-31 - Update. The owner of Horsehaven, would like this airstrip to return to regular use, however the strip and nearby creek beds are being damaged by ATVs and campers against his wishes. A discussion has been started to determine whether the strip can be "reclaimed" from the campers and ATVs.
