We explore Ballarat ghost town and head into the Panamint mountain range. We find an awesome canyon to explore, almost get stuck in the mud and find an old miners cabin to make some tacos. Watch to the end to see the amazing camp spot we found. Cheers!

This is Ballarat a ghost town that is on the southern end of Death Valley. Its a very strange place lots of ghost stories and strange creatures seen in the mountains that overshadow the town. It was not an easy trip back here as the road was washed out and we were battling the sunset which takes place early due to the fact the sun goes behind the mountains earlier. At one time this was a booming ghost town which battled the harshness of Death Valley today almost everything sits abandoned just awaiting the next explorer. Rand Mountains best kept secret for camping and boondocking. Up between Garlock and Randsburg at the LDMA Campgrounds. This is the ONLY place around.

Are you having trouble finding a boondocking site in Rand Mountains...well, so did I. Recommendations on the internet are not there, or simply too hard to find. We found this amazing place, not very far from Randsburg. It is just $15 per night.

Abandoned Unknown Camp in Death Valley

I went on a hike up to an unknown camp.
Not sure if this abandoned camp site was to support the rail workers or the miners who mined after the railroads were installed. Either way there were some interesting things we ran across, please check this out!
