Description

This is a private airstrip with two runways. Although the chart lists the NE/SW runway as 3,500 ft, the owner told me it about 3,150. The strip has a small dip on the west end. Touch down just past the hanger. The strip is 100 ft wide up until the concrete bridge, then it tapers down a bit, but is still plenty wide. The concrete bridge is flush with the runway and is smooth when crossing on roll out. From end to end, there is a 150 ft drop, giving it roughly a 5% grade.

The crossing runway is the one referenced above. Both are very well maintained.

The owner's are very welcoming, but I would still call and ask permission to land. It would also be advisable to check on the strip condition and whether or not they are watering it (sprinklers on the runway). The strip is kept open year round. Watch density altitude as it can go up quickly.
